It depends on where you are. All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Domestic deliveries can be expected in 3-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
3. What shipping courier do you use?
We ship using Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shree Tirupati Courier, DTDC and India Post. We automatically assign the courier based on the location of delivery to ensure a smooth experience for the customer.
4. How do I know when my order has shipped?

Replacement Policy
At Online99 Shipping , we offer product replacements under the following conditions:
Customers can request a replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the product is found to be defective or physically damaged, & Parcel opening video the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.
In case of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our support team. Our team will inspect and confirm the claim within 24 hours of receiving the product at Online99 Shipping.
If the product received is different from what was displayed on our website or does not match the specifications, the customer must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
For replacement requests, the entire product package, including all accessories, must be returned. Our team will arrange for a courier pickup.
Replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:
The customer is dissatisfied with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
